For every confirmed quality lead — a client who is planning to build soon and is actively looking for a reliable construction company — we offer a small token of appreciation. This comes in the form of a KSh 1,000 shopping voucher or airtime. When that referral signs a contract and makes their first payment, you qualify for bigger rewards based on the project type: 50,000 for labor contracts and KSh 70,000 or in some cases 1–2% of the contract value for full contracts. To make it even more rewarding, we have a tiered program for multiple referrals: three successful referrals in a year earn you a KSh 70,000 bonus or a free holiday voucher, while five or more referrals upgrade you to “Gold Partner” status with an enhanced 2.5% reward per contract.

Our referral program is a voluntary marketing initiative designed to reward individuals who introduce potential clients to our company. Rewards are issued only when referrals result in confirmed projects or contracts, and amounts are subject to our published terms and conditions.
This program does not apply to government, public sector, or donor-funded projects, and it is not intended to influence procurement decisions or approvals. All participants must comply with the National Construction Authority (NCA) regulations, the Bribery Act (2016), and other applicable Kenyan laws.
Participation in the referral program does not create an employment or agency relationship with our company. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the program at any time in line with ethical marketing practices.
